1. Services and Products

We provide a range of creative services, including:• Custom-designed music, video, graphics (GFX), and visual effects (VFX).
• Drawings, such as logos, profile pictures, and other artwork.
• Pre-made assets and digital content for personal or commercial use.

2. Ownership and Licensing

All content provided is subject to the following terms:• Pre-made Products: You receive a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use unless otherwise specified.Custom Work:• Logos and profile pictures are for your exclusive use unless agreed otherwise.
• All rights to custom work remain with us until payment is received in full.
• Ownership transfer, if applicable, will be detailed in the project agreement.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as your own.

3. Posting Work Online

We reserve the right to showcase completed custom projects, including logos, profile pictures, and other artwork, on our website, portfolio, or social media for promotional purposes, but only with your consent. If you do not wish your project to be displayed, please inform us in writing.

4. Revisions

Revisions refer to adjustments or changes made to custom projects based on your feedback.• Included Revisions: Custom projects include [1-2] rounds of revisions free of charge to ensure your satisfaction.
• Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
• Revisions are limited to changes within the scope of the original brief. Significant changes or additions outside the original request will require a new agreement or additional charges.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms:• Full payment is required upfront for pre-made products and drawings.
• Custom projects may require a [50%] deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.Refunds:
• No refunds are available for digital downloads or completed custom work.
• Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has started.
• Refunds may be considered only if we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances.Order Cancellations:
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event we cancel an order, any payment made will be refunded in full, unless cancellation is due to a breach of these Terms of Service by the client.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Time

• All products and custom work are delivered digitally via email, discord or download link. (Or clients choice)
• Delivery times for custom work will be discussed during project consultations and may vary based on complexity.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client information, lack of timely feedback, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients must:• Provide clear, detailed instructions and references for custom work.
• Respond promptly to feedback requests.
• Confirm that any materials provided to us for use in the project are free from copyright or ownership disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Issues resulting from the improper use or modification of our work.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or project details without your explicit consent.

10. Modifications to the TOS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Swedish law and under the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
